Millbrook Parish Council held a forward planning meeting in June 2006 and have decided to integrate all Village Plan activities into general council business. The Millbrook Village Plan committee have been meeting on the second Tues of every month during the collation and initial projects stage led by the Vice - Chair of the MPC. Over time fewer parishioners have been attending the Village Plan meetings and the vast majority of the projects need support from MPC. The Village Plan Committee approached the Council to formally integrate the projects into the general Parish Council Agenda to ensure the views of the Village are translated into actions. This was done by a resolution at the Council's July meeting. If any former members of the Village Plan Committee wish to be involved in the projects or contribute to the projects their support and views would be welcome.
